Nkit downloader Safe?

Hi. I tried to convert the nkit format to iso and I had to download the nkit. When I opened up the exe, windows safe screen blocked it from opening saying it could put your computer at risk. So it it safe to download? Is it loaded with malware? Has anyone else tried this and it worked? Thanks.
