My monitors are at 60Hz.

I just tried them at 59, and at 50, but neither fixed the issue. I restarted the emulator between each.

There isn't the second checkbox for the Vsync on mine like there is yours...could that be the issue?

What's your monitor's refresh rate? If it's 60Hz then you can enable Vsync in the emulator
