i did i clean install but one problem i have windows not linux
so i added the DSP HLE File and i used all the options and it worked once but the audio bug was still there and all the others crashed and it only opened once but when i used the same settings as when it opened it crashed so it only opened once by fluke but the audio bug was still there

Yeah I don't use the stable version and it works fine.
Try deleting every file and folder Dolphin created (wherever you installed it), including the folder in Documents which can be found at
C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents

Then do a clean install of Dolphin

Make sure you don't delete any of your games though

And I just found this: It's for Linux but whatever
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dolphin_emulator
"DSP LLE on separate thread improves speed on computers with multi-core CPUs, but might cause audio glitches, and is known to break Zelda ucode games. Audio backend is best set to ALSA. For pulseaudio, Dolphin's optional dependency PulseAudio needs to be installed."

So you need the same adio options as I have so you can change it to DSP HLE, which is what I set mine to
