Oh I didn't realize wget was possible on Windows.
I just assumed they were ok with bulk downloading because they tell you about wget at the bottom of each page

Tinman1325 you can bulk download from the-eye using wget on Windows.
I don't recommend people to bulk download from the site because it chews up all the bandwidth and hosting the eye is not cheap a download the games that you are going to play. A quote from the staff
