Wait... are you looking for Sonic 3D or Sonic CD? Sonic 3D was for Sega Saturn, not Sega CD, and I can only assume is in The Vault

Are you sure Takeshi's Challenge was released on Sega CD? I can only find it on the Famicom, which if you scroll down a bit in the Request Board forum, you can find a link to. You could have also found a link to Sonic CD a bit farther down as well
