Never mind, the artwork is correct, I just tried it out. It is in fact Breath of Fire IV but it does not match Redump

I doubt the artwork is correct there also
I extracted it from the .7z and put it into a .zip and ROMVault is saying it isn't a match. So I checked out the .dat and sure enough, none of the numbers match up
