That's correct, the Redump hash changed 9/9/2019. If you know where to find the new one please let me know and I'll update it. I'm puzzled by this Redump comment though:
Both known variants dumped:
-Monochromatic Disc Art, Logo Drop Shadow is faint green
-Green and Black Disc Art, Logo Drop Shadow is black
So if there's two variants, why is there only one entry for Breath of Fire IV? And which variant is it?

Never mind, the artwork is correct, I just tried it out. It is in fact Breath of Fire IV but it does not match Redump
