Unable to Download Manuals

I am having the same issue as CondoningIrony. As he said no one else had a post about it I figured I would say something as well. Whether choosing vlm or pdf to download, I get a 404 page not found. I have recently found this site and it's been great. This is the only issue I have come across thus far.
