The PS3 is still a console and service provided by Sony. They are still actively selling games for it on their digital stores. ROMS are primarily designed for preserving and archiving old games that are hard to find. The PS3 is simply not old enough or scarce enough to warrant preserving. It's the same reason why there are no Wii U or Switch games on here. It's a legal gray area that is more easily justified when it comes to preservation of older games.

RPCS3 exists, you know? Or are they just hard to find? I think it's the 2nd one, because PS3 emulation is scarce right now.
