I used Free Download Manager to download. It used to be OK before, but now apparently it makes the downloaded .7z files from this site corrupted. Just now I redownloaded the PS1 Spider-Man game directly with the browser (Edge Chromium), and it can be read perfectly! So I guess the problems came from the download manager. =)
Check to see your file size matches what it says in The Vault. File sizes for PS1 games are right beside the download button
What browser are you using? Go to the downloads page of your browser and see if it gives you the option to resume/retry downloading the file
