Which version of Dolphin are you using? Why exactly are you trying to convert it? Dolphin can play both .nkit.iso and .wbfs just fine

Downloading the .iso is no longer an option in The Vault because the files are too big

This problem has never happened before, I usually download it, extract it, and load it. It might have been my encrypted drive that was the problem.
