You do not need NKit 1.4 + Wii Partitions to play Wii games on Dolphin. Dolphin can play NKit files just fine
Wii games are filled with junk data that is not needed to play on emulators. NKit removes that junk data and, I believe, also compresses the game to make the file smaller and faster to download
But if you still want to use NKit 1.4 + Wii Partitions for whatever reason, just download it, extract it, then drag and drop your game on the file that either says ConvertToISO or RecoverToISO, depending on what you want. And NKit will do the rest
