I just fixed it! I had to update the NAND DUMP files by using NUS Downloader. My Dolphin was missing 00000001000000002 Title ID dump files. Thank you for looking into this regardless.

I've never heard of this issue before and I seriously doubt that is the problem. I recommend completely deleting Dolphin, including anything Dolphin related in your Documents folder, rebooting your computer, then downloading and installing the version of Dolphin in the Emulation Lair
