Weird. I've never heard of anyone having that issue when only trying to play games on Dolphin. Good to know
I just fixed it! I had to update the NAND DUMP files by using NUS Downloader. My Dolphin was missing 00000001000000002 Title ID dump files. Thank you for looking into this regardless.
