Yeah, I only use one Emulated Wii Controller with all of the same controls. When I play Mario Party 9 my D-Pad works fine, I have no idea why it doesn't work, I also tried playing on the nkit.iso and .wbfs file types, cant get .iso to work but I doubt that it will fix it.

Did you try configuring the controller in the Dolphin menu?
