GDEMU - convert Redump to General GDI image format

I've seen a person here and others on various forums say Redump Dreamcast rips do not work with GDEMU (an SD card based replacement for the optical drive in the Dreamcast console). TOSEC rips work fine with GDEMU but they aren't hosted here, only the Redump ones are
So here's a program that will convert the Redump Dreamcast rips to a playable format on GDEMU

Somewhat recently Redump switched to using .cue instead of .gdi so you will have to replace the .cue files with the old .gdi ones before you can convert your Redump Dreamcast games
