Constantly getting Error 400

Yesterday, I tried to download Nkit to convert Wii ISOs, and I keep getting Error 400. I disabled my VPN, but still got the error. I reopened my browser, and still got the error. I closed the VPN and restarted my browser, and still got the error. I restarted my computer, and still kept getting the error. I tried downloading things other than Nkit, like N64 roms, and still got the error. I really wanted to play Wii games with a friend, can someone please help me? I'm running out of ideas.
