I'm such a dumbass I forgot to ask my own question in the original post which is why I came on the forums and made an account. Whenever I attempt to download something, I get Error 429 in the tab, and it just kind of sits on the download page :(

Might seem stupid doing an introduction on an Emulator website, but is this where alot of refugees are after websites like Emuparadise got nuked? The whole nintendo situation? Seems like a dope site! I wish you all the best.
