you can only download one thing at a time. if you aren't downloading anything, refresh the page. sorry for the late response, it took me a while to figure out what error 429 was.
I'm such a dumbass I forgot to ask my own question in the original post which is why I came on the forums and made an account. Whenever I attempt to download something, I get Error 429 in the tab, and it just kind of sits on the download page :(
