Bro i got it figured out. I had to change the backend to vulkan. Thank you for referring me to dolphin wiki. I couldn't get help there but I found a dolphin group on fb and a gentleman there helped me. I appreciate you trying though bud!

This is from the dolphin wiki. If you ever have problems with a game, please check there first. A lot of the time you can usually find your exact error with a fix or an alternative.
Either way, you need to update Dolphin most likely.
