OK i think you might have issues with your vpn then, the reason i said there are 404's is because they are updating downloads for tons of games. But i have a vpn and im not having any issues. So i have no idea.
I've been downloading from here for a long time and always used a VPN in the past without any issues. Has something changed, is it not allowed to use one anymore ?
