Why is There no Bios for the Dreamcast? (Demul)

System: DreamCast

So, I wanted to play The Typing of the Dead, as it's PC port is a bit janky, and so I went for Redream. I thought it'd work, however, much to my dismay, it did not have keyboard support. However, I discovered that Demul had keyboard support. But Demul requires a bios, and that is not on Vimm where it should be right with the console's emulator. Could any romfinder add it to the emulation lair?
