I already use romsforever, but for some reason the downloads take up to 9 hours for just one gigabyte...
I don't think that will happen until some years in the future when the console becomes old enough to be considered a "classic" console by Vimm. In the meantime, https://romsforever.co/roms/3ds is where I get my 3DS roms at.
