Been doing a lot of 8-bit stuff and not much else, so my list makes slightly more sense in places with that tidbit out of the way:
NES - Ms. Pac-man
SNES - Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past
Sega Genesis - Universal Soldier (actually a port of the C64 game Turrican II)
SMS - Choplifter
GBC - Asteroids

Mine are: Sonic Adventure 2 (Dreamcast), The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GameCube), Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (Genesis) and so on and so forth for Sonic games. I'm curious to see what your favorites are.
