I don't seem to face this issue. What browser are you using? Any VPNs or anything? That could help narrow it down for some but as from here on out, I'm afraid I'm of no use.
When ever I try to proceed and download Pokemon Red or Blue I warns me about my connection not being private and how this might be dangerous. I haven't had this happen when I try to download other console's roms like wii, Gamecube, and PS3 so i'm wondering why this might be showing up.
