Your cpu, display, storage, and ram should be sufficient to run rpcs3. In opinion the gpu
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 may be the problem. Once you get to more sophisticated emulators like rpcs3 they are HEAVILY dependent on better graphics cards. I've seen and experienced games that only work well with rtx 2080 or higher. If you want games in 4K cards like the nvidia rtx 30 series is required.
Plus I've watched others say that an i7 10700 or better cpu helps but rpcs3 can run on lower cpu's.
