Genesis emulators like Fusion (a.k.a. Kegs) emulate the SMS as well. The last time I checked, it hadn't been updated in years, but aside from a few Sega CD games, it flawlessly runs every Sega game I plug into it.
But yeah, the entry of an SMS into The Lair is long overdue, IMO.

Yeah I dunno about this one. There's a bunch of master system emulators with ones like MAME and Kega Fusion being able to run the games. I would have guessed they got lumped together but that doesn't seem to be the case
