Vimm avoids foreign roms because he is unable to verify them, as he doesn't read Japanese (and presumably doesn't know other languages besides english). That's why he host US releases only.

So is the request board for roms that will go in the vault or not? If not then thats confusing...it should explain all this in the Request Board description header at the top.
Also, why specifically the reluctance to get foreign roms? That is never explained in definite detail...we just keep getting "vimm only does US roms". Why specifically does vimm avoid foreign roms?
