I believe when you download any files like PS2, PS1, and Wii, they are automatically in the .rar format. to fix that all you need to do is to get winrar https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0
or any other program that can extract .rar files. So basically you just install winrar, then open the .rar file with winrar and extract the contents of the .rar file

Files are downloading as blank files, the SNES files download perfectly as a zipped folder, but the PS2 files are not working the same way.
