You have to acquire the DLC files separately unless it's a repackaged game like Red Dead Redemption GOTY.
I know RPCS3 can handle DLC content without issue providing you find the PKG file and RAP license. And you need the base game of course!

is dlc automatically added on the ps3 games? if not how/where would i find it?
