I'm experimenting with how to start a torrent. I've tossed qBittorrent 4.3.3 on a server, turned on its tracker, and made a private torrent for a random game. The tracker and client ports are open, the client's seeding, but new connections hang at "Downloading metadata". I tried a public torrent too with no luck. Not sure what I'm missing, but here's the magnet link for my test if anyone has suggestions.
