Download something like 7zip, open the file with said software (I recommend 7zip personally) and drag the file into a folder you want to keep it in. .rar files are compressed folders and cannot be read by emulators.

Hi. I download PS3 games from here but instead of Iso files i get some rar files. My emulator does not see them (zipped and unzipped). How do i use these. Sorry for noob question.
