Snowpack Park was a fun little Wii game, released on WiiWare in 2010. It was released in America before anywhere else. You gather penguins, decorate your own little tent, give penguins their own unique items to match their personality, and fix a destroyed iceberg known as Snowpack Park. Think Animal Crossing but all the characters are penguins
The Dolphin emulator wiki says the rom for the game is already released.

This game is very nostalgic to me, and I think everyone would enjoy it.
