Your UHD 630 is most likely the most limiting factor here. Whilst most emulators usually rely on CPU over GPU, integrated GPUs (or iGPUs) typically don't perform well with gaming, especially not on emulators.
I have an Acer HDMI TC-875-UR12 Aspire T using the standard RPCS3 emulator. This Acer has a 10th Gen Intel Core i5 processor 10400, an Intel UHD Graphics 630 card, 8 gigs of DDR4 Memory, and a 1 terrabyte hard drive.
