Blaster Master (NES)

The manual for Blaster Master (NES) only includes the cover which is only one page. Is this deliberate or a mishap?

PS: This web site needs to be fixed for errors. I'm always getting them. This message barely posted after I tried a different browser. I've also had problems getting any PDF manuals, and VLMs sometimes.
