You'll only get good performance at around the quality of the 2080 ti to 30 series graphics cards, so I wouldn't get too excited if I were you .

Last I heard of Switch emulation, it wasn't looking all too great for mid range PCs, only high end PCs. I think you're gonna be waiting at least 5-10 years for a Switch emulator specifically for android.
