I expect it's a bug in ManaGunz, it should ignore the trailing . on a FAT32 FS.

Issue is ISO9660 is not the same directory standard as a FAT32.

And yes, it seems the PS3 handles them as different files since IRD verification using ManaGunZ fails when I build an ISO without that dot. Really, that is the reason I posted my original message, as I wanted to either report a bug to ManaGunZ or fix a problem here at the Vault.
