I do have code to do this, but it's quite bespoke and specific to my requirements.
Generally it's only a 2 stage process, so not very difficult.
1) Use PS3_iso-Rebuilder to create the unencrypted ISO.
2) Use PS3Dec to create the encrypted ISO.

I wish someone would make a tool that could convert a JB folder to a Redump ISO in one step. That'd make a lot of people happy.
