Are you ever pausing/resuming downloads? I've had issues with that before using Firefox (most likely due to how vault downloads work).

What browser are you using? Have you successfully downloaded and extracted other games previously? Someone already tested downloading and extracting the Sly games (see your other thread), so it's a problem at your end.

I reinstalled 7z and also the game and got the same error. The game download might be bugged. For all of the sly cooper games.
