If you have a VPN, most of the time it will give that message due to someone else on the node you're using downloading something too. I would recommend turning it off while downloading these files so as to avoid the error.
For some reason the website thinks I'm downloading Tekken 5 for PS 2. Thanks to this I can't download anything else.
