The nkit programs are written specifically for Windows platforms (with no option to compile it for other operating systems). You need to run them using Wine: https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine_User%27s_Guide.

The Debian wiki has a nice tutorial for setting it up: https://wiki.debian.org/Wine (should be the same for Ubuntu and derivatives).

Note: Applications running on Wine are prone to have errors, so don't rely on it much! Also, by default Wine will look terrible, which you can fix by applying a theme (look it up).

So, I'm trying to convert nkit.iso to iso on Linux, but I have no clue how to install NKit...any help is appreciated.
