I regret to inform you that the Gameboy Advance vault is, in fact, NOT complete. I know it's an obscure title and, honestly, I'm probably one of a shy few who still love to play this game, but it's missing the GBA release of Mania: Eggstreme Madness (just called Mania in this version, however). I'm not sure if this was just overlooked, or it wasn't released here in the US, or what, but it is the only way I can play one of my favorite games from that console generation on the go. In fact, it's the only way I can play it at all until I figure out how networking on FreeMcboot works.
