FFA Links

Found a few inappropriate or misplaced links in the FFA Links section.
The link to Sharks Roms actually links to a Youtube video - and even if it was legit, should be in the ROM Sites section and not Emulation Sites. Rom.ing and the Switch roms link directly underneath it in the ROM Sites section also link to Youtube videos.
GogoAnime is listed under Emulation Sites. It's an anime website and not a video game emulation website, so should be moved to Miscellaneous.
Dolphin's link is there twice, you can remove the second one.
