I think you would need your XBox to dump the files. You should be able to find a tutorial as to how somewhere on youtube as that is the way "intended" by the creators of most emulators.
That's what I was wondering too, I have the emulator downloaded but I don't have the games for it other than the original discs and I don't know how to add them to the emulator
