You have to consider that the 3ds was released on 2011, while the newer consoles on the vault (PS3/Wii) were release on 2006, with the PS3 being added only a few months ago. The site is still missing Xbox 360 games which were released on 2005/2006.
I would expect the 3ds vault to only come out once Nintedo's next console releases, or in 4/5 years to match the time it took for the wii/ps3 vaults to open their doors.

i've gotten so many Roms from this site. they're extremely trustworthy and dont spam advertisements. one thing they need is 3ds roms, though. it's hard to find a good 3ds roms site, and no matter how hard i look, i can't seem to find a copy of "Gunman Clive" for the 3ds. i think everyone would be happy with that, right? :D
