Download an application called ImgBurn. On the website below, scroll down to news, and download the latest version (v2.5.8.0). After you fully install it, insert your disk and select the option, create image file from disc. Follow the instructions on screen, then use Winzip to turn that image into a zip file and then upload the zip file.

Ah yeah, oops...
Just replace every instance of "burn" and "burning" with "rip" and "ripping" in this thread. Should make the info much easier to understand in the long run.
