never mind, i found this game already.
A quick search for this game only brought me to weird Weebly sites with plagiarized info from the BootlegGames wiki or TCRF. I plan on making a video for Halloween featuring numerous bootleg fighting games.
The game itself is like every other Hummer Team fighting game, but the game rewards you with hentai if you beat harder difficulty levels. I'm not interested in this aspect of the game though.
If you could also find Hummer's other NES fighting games besides Kart Fighter, i'll be fine with those too.
