I think MGS4 came in another disc by itself for the legacy collection, and MGS1 only had some stupid ass download code

I finally got all the games I've wanted to play on the vault and one of them is the mgs legacy collection(ps3), when I unzip the file and open the game with the emulator the only games that shows up is hd collection, am I doing something wrong or does the file not have mg1,mg2,mgs1 and mgs 4?
