I found a fix! I just used Fire Fox, I saw on reddit to change the browser and i did

I tried multiple times, I tried the fixes people said to do, I read the FAQ on why it couldn't be, but nothing is working, it keeps saying that I have another download going (I don't) and then when I press cancel download, it just brings me to an error page. I disabled my ad blocker as well.
