Missing WiiWare?

The WiiWare vault currently says 3110 of 3283 games have been uploaded. However, looking through all the pages, it seems like only "Monster Hunter 3 Hunters Guild Card (Japan) (MH3).wad" and "Today and Tomorrow Channel (Europe) (Channel).wad" are missing (possibly a few others, but NOT 173 games). Is the UI and/or counter broken?
